If you think the wine we have delivered to you is smelling musty, mouldy or simply unaccountably flat — please email us at info@thevinomarket.co.uk. We will make arrangements to have the wine collected and tested. If your wine appears faulty we will offer you a replacement bottle or a credit to your account if the wine in question is no longer available.
